This is very similar to the original work, congratulations with a well made 'parafrase'! Don't know the English work for that... You've got a well trained eye, and a good friendship with the Wacom. It is hard to tell from the small reference image, but if I'm gonna be a perfectionist, I'd say he's smiling more in your version than the original. The rock in the bottomleft corner could look less smooth and more rough too. But these are minor things. In general, the two paintings are incredibly similar. And it's reallyniceto see the WIP! It helps us others learn. But I would still like to see more works from youwhere you did not use reference...
